Privacy policy

In short: we use the details you send us through the forms only to contact you about the move or transport you asked for.

What data we collect

• your name, phone number and, optionally, your e-mail address;
• the details of your request: addresses, date, list of items and your message.

Why we use it

To call or write to you to arrange the details of the transport and to give you a quote. The legal basis is your request (steps taken before entering into a contract) and the consent you tick in the form.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for your request and for any legal obligations arising from the service. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who has access

Only the TeMut.ro team and the provider hosting the website. We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing.

The calculator and the checklist

The moving calculator list and the guide’s ticks are stored only in your browser (local storage) and only reach us if you send your request.

Cookies and measurement

We use analytics and marketing cookies only if you give your consent in the cookie window. Until then nothing is loaded from Google or Meta. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page; when you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies already set.

• Necessary (always active): running the site, your chosen language, the calculator list and your cookie choice.
• Analytics (with consent): Google Analytics — which pages are read and where visitors come from (_ga cookies).
• Marketing (with consent): Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram) — measuring and personalising our ads (_fbp, _fbc cookies).

Your choice is kept for 12 months, then we ask again.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP). For any request, write to us at contact@temut.ro or call +40 773 364 526.
